Kannur Warriors set to face Thiruvananthapuram Kombans in Super League Kerala opener

The Kannur Warriors football team has reached Thiruvananthapuram ahead of their opening fixture in the second season of the Super League Kerala. In their first match, Kannur Warriors FC will take on Thiruvananthapuram Kombans on Sunday, October 5, at 7:30 PM at the Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium.

Before their departure, the passionate fan group Red Mariners organized a warm send-off for the team at Kannur Railway Station. The Warriors left on Friday, arrived in the state capital later that night, and are scheduled to hold a training session on Saturday in preparation for the big game.

As per the initial league schedule, Kannur Warriors will start their campaign with two consecutive away fixtures. Following their opening clash in Thiruvananthapuram, they will travel to Malappuram for their second match, where they are set to face Malappuram FC on October 12 at the Payyanad Stadium in Manjeri.

With back-to-back away matches to begin their season, the Warriors will look to start strong and build momentum early in their quest for Super League Kerala glory.
